  • What areas do you tow in?

    Tow.com.au covers the entire state of QLD, ACT, Melbourne and Perth; and growing.

  • I am broken down but not sure where I am

    If you have a smartphone you can use the Tow.com.au 'Where Am I' feature to get your current address using your phones GPS, try it here

  • How quickly can you get here?

    Generally, we can reach most areas of QLD within 60 minutes, anytime of day. However, in metro areas we can sometimes get to you within 30 minutes or sooner. Upon booking a tow with us you will be given the ETA as provided by the driver.

  • What distances do you tow?

    Tow.com.au can provide towing services as short or as long as needed, whether it be 500m up the road, or 1500KM interstate.

  • Can I cancel a tow after I book it?

    Yes, you can cancel a tow unless we have already despatched the tow truck. Once we have despatched a truck unfortunately the job cannot be cancelled.

  • What are your trading hours?

    Tow.com.au operates 24/7/365. We will tow you anytime day or night, QLD wide, and our 24 hour call-centre is on hand at all times to handle your enquiries.

  • Do you accept cash payment?

    For the security of our customers and drivers we do not accept cash payment for jobs. All towing jobs must be prepaid at time of booking via a credit or debit card.

  • What will the truck look like?

    Tow.com.au utilises a network of sub-contractors whose trucks vary on look. The truck may or may not have 'Tow.com.au' branding, or stickers.

  • Are you insured?

    Yes, Tow.com.au and every sub-contractor are fully insured.
